How to return

WhatsApp us your order number and reason for return. We verify eligibility within a few hours.

2. Free pickup arranged
We arrange a free courier pickup from your address — you don't need to visit any store or drop point.

3. Inspection & resolution
Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your replacement or store credit within 2–3 business days.
Refund method
As a COD business, we issue store credit or send a replacement product. Cash refunds are not available.
Not eligible for return
- Items damaged due to misuse, drops, or liquid exposure
- Missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
- Products returned after the 7-day window
- Items that have been tampered with or opened incorrectly
