SheraniX is the online storefront of Sherani Xcessories & Gadgets, Dera Ismail Khan. By placing an order with SheraniX, you agree to the following terms.

Order acceptance
Placing an order creates a request, not a confirmed order. Your order is confirmed when we call or WhatsApp you before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel any order if stock is unavailable or we suspect fraud.
Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you pay.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is due to the courier at time of delivery. JazzCash and EasyPaisa options will be available in a future update.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or remote locations. SheraniX is not liable for delays outside our control.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds policy. Please review the full policy for conditions and exclusions.
Warranty
Warranty cover varies by product type and is set out in our Warranty Policy. Where a product carries a manufacturer warranty, claims are handled according to that manufacturer's terms. SheraniX does not offer any warranty beyond what is stated in our Warranty Policy.
Limitation of liability
SheraniX's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
