What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. This is the minimum required to process, dispatch, and deliver your order.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to process your order, confirm your COD payment before dispatch, deliver your parcel via PostEx, and send order confirmation and tracking updates.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with a small number of service providers, only as needed to run the business:
- Delivery partners receive your name, phone number and address so your order can be delivered.
- Google Analytics receives anonymised usage data about how the site is used.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok receive information about your activity on our site — pages viewed, products viewed, items added to cart, and orders placed — so we can measure and improve our advertising.
- Our email provider sends your order confirmation and delivery updates.
We do not accept card payments and do not store any card or bank account information.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is held on WhatsApp and governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp at 0333 4042020 and we will respond within 1–2 days.
Payment & card data
We are a Cash on Delivery business. We do not accept card payments and do not store any card or bank account information.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, understand how people use it, and measure our advertising.
Essential cookies. These keep the site working — your language preference, your theme, and the contents of your cart. The site cannot function without them.
Analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel, and the TikTok pixel. These set cookies that let us see which pages are visited, which products are viewed, and which of our ads brought someone to the site. They may also be used to show you our ads on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok after you visit.
These services set cookies including _ga, _fbp and _ttp. They record technical information such as your browser, device type, approximate location from your IP address, and the pages you visit on our site.
Turning them off. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of personalised advertising through your Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok account settings. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies will not affect your ability to browse or place an order.
Data retention
Order data is retained for 3 years to support warranty claims and returns. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us on WhatsApp.
